LETTER: WGA urges consultation with states on mineral exploration policy, legislation


The Western Governors’ Association urges Congress to develop a National Minerals Policy in partnership with states that enables minerals exploration and development in a manner that balances the nation’s supply needs with adequate protection of natural resources and the environment.
