Elected Idaho’s 33rd governor in 2018.

Early Years: The third-generation Idahoan and rancher was born in Emmet in 1954.

Education: Earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho in 1977.

Career: Little was elected the 32nd Governor of Idaho in 2018. Before serving in public office, Little worked in ranching sheep and cattle, and various roles with private organizations, including as president of the Idaho Wool Growers Association. From 2001-2009 he served as a state senator, and as Lieutenant Governor from 2009 until his election as governor.
