WGA shares bipartisan policy recommendations around air quality and permitting reform under the Clean Air Act
In correspondence with the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment, WGA submitted bipartisan policy recommendations following the Subcommittee’s hearing, From Gridlock to Growth: Permitting Reform Under the Clean Air Act. The September 17 letter, signed by WGA Executive Director Jack Waldorf, communicates the Governors’ collective policy recommendations for addressing air quality management challenges, expanding the use of prescribed burns, and streamlining the review of critical infrastructure projects and land management issues.
