Cyber security, wildfires, transportation and healthcare topped the agenda at the Western Governors' Association 2015 Winter Meeting in Las Vegas, Nev.

WGA Chairman and Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead hosted his colleagues at the two-day gathering, which included keynotes by Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell and Andy Ozment, the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, who spoke about the growing challenge of cyber security.

Gov. Mead discussed the first workshop and upcoming activities of his Species Conservation and Endangered Species Act Initiative. The Governors announced the approval of resolutions on Foreign Visitor Preclearance, Transportation of Radioactive Waste and Spent Nuclear Fuel, and National Forest and Rangeland Management.
