Judy Woodruff to moderate, PBS Books to livestream WGA’s 40th Anniversary Celebration

On June 10, just before WGA's 2024 Annual Meeting kicks off on June 11, the Western Governors' Association will celebrate its 40th anniversary by hosting an afternoon of programming that includes fireside chats with several current and former Western Governors, as well as other WGA alumni.

Their discussions will be moderated by Judy Woodruff, the former anchor and managing editor of the PBS NewsHour and livestreamed by PBS Books. The livestream can be viewed on the PBS Books website, its Facebook page, and its YouTube Channel.

For more information, check out WGA's 40th anniversary website, which also includes an interactive timeline highlighting the Association's landmark achievements, a photo gallery, a collection of historical WGA policy reports, and testimonials from former WGA Chairs.
