LETTER: Western Governors urge reform to simplify Federal-State land exchanges

Read, download the Governors’ letter. Previously, the Western Governors’ Association submitted WGA Policy Resolution 2016-04, Federal-State Land Exchanges and Purchases, for a hearing on the legislation by the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources Subcommittee on Public Lands, Forests and Mining. Read, download the WGA letter.
