The Western Governors’ Association reiterated its support for the nomination of James Hubbard to serve as the Under Secretary of Agriculture for Natural Resources and Environment. The July 23, 2018 letter, sent in advance of the hearing on his nomination to Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Chairman Pat Roberts and Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow, included Western Governors’ previous letter of support for Hubbard’s nomination.
