The Western Governors’ Association (WGA) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Finding of No Significant Impact and Environmental Assessment for geographic expansion to include Nevada and Wyoming in Federal Participation in Watercraft Inspection Stations and Rapid Response Actions to Protect the Columbia River Basin.
