The Western Governors' Association sent a letter to the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources in advance of the Feb. 14, 2019 hearing on the Status and Outlook for Cybersecurity Efforts in the Energy Industry. “Cybersecurity – including of the electric grid and other energy infrastructure – is a top priority of Western Governors,” states the letter signed by WGA Executive Director Jim Ogsbury. In addition, WGA submitted WGA Policy Resolution 2019-02, Cybersecurity, WGA Policy Resolution 2018-04, Energy in the West, and the Governors’ Energy Vision for the West. Read, download the letter.
