The Western Governors’ Association submitted testimony on behalf of the Western Governors to House and Senate leadership on FY 2026 appropriations and activities. The testimony, signed by WGA Executive Director Jack Waldorf, provides the policy perspective of governors on a wide variety of issues, such as land management, water, invasive species, and the state-federal relationship.
