Western Governors' Association Chairman, Montana Governor Steve Bullock, announced the National Forest and Rangeland Management Initiative at WGA's 2016 Annual Meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyo.
Gov. Bullock told attendees the initiative will, among other things, examine the existing forest and rangeland management framework for strengths and weaknesses and provide a venue to share western experiences and experimentation.
Additional information about the Chairman's Initiative of Gov. Bullock, including the dates and locations of regional workshops, will be announced in the coming weeks and available on the WGA website.
